We usually go to Costco to buy ours and we cook it almost exactly as you say except for it does have to be almost done, which drives Hubby totally crazy but I cannot eat anything that is still oozing blood. Anyway the Au Jus just kinda cooks itself, well at least that is what I tell Hubby. But maybe I will take a lesson from the Chef and go find me one of those cans, even if it is stormy here in CA.<br /><br />Thanks for playing and drinking with us for this weeks Stormy Theme Thursday, it was a blast.
